Instructions:

  1. Begin by boiling water in a kettle or on a stove. It’s recommended to use water that is between 175 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit (80 to 96 degrees Celsius) for best results.
  2. While the water is heating, grind your coffee beans. For the AeroPress, a medium-fine grind is recommended, similar to the texture of granulated sugar. Measure out 17 grams of coffee, or about one level scoop of the AeroPress scoop.
  3. Insert a paper filter into the AeroPress cap and screw it onto the AeroPress chamber.
  4. Place the AeroPress on top of your coffee cup or mug with the plunger in place and the cap facing upward.
  5. Add the ground coffee to the AeroPress chamber, and then add hot water up to the level of your desired coffee strength. You can use the AeroPress markings or a scale to measure the water.
  6. Give the coffee a stir using the stirrer, making sure all the grounds are fully saturated.
  7. Let the coffee steep for 1 minute, then press the plunger down slowly and steadily until all the coffee has been pushed through the filter.
  8. Enjoy your fresh cup of AeroPress coffee!

Note: You can adjust the amount of coffee and water to your personal taste. Also, there are different methods of brewing with AeroPress, such as the “inverted” method, which involves flipping the AeroPress upside down before steeping and pressing.
