We have a generous shipping policy. Free shipping on all orders and including returns.
Shipping Update
Shipping companies across the UK are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols, labor shortages, and high package volume.
What to expect:
- It is currently taking 2-3 business days for us to prepare orders for shipment.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
- After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please rest assured that your order is safely in the shipper’s hands. They are working as quickly and diligently as possible to get your order to you even if your tracking may not reflect that the shipper has received your package.
UK Wide Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on ALL orders in the UK.
- Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on Bank Holidays, will be processed the following working day.
- Overnight orders placed Friday will be shipped on Sunday.
- Business days are every day of the week except Saturdays.
- We do not ship on Saturdays.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
- Please allow approximately 1 – 2 business days for tracking information to update since shipping companies across the nation are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 protocols and high package volume.
- We do not ship internationally only in the UK.
Returns and Cancellations
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind and the items are opened or unopened then please contact us, there is no deadline we will arrange a refund and we will arrange collection.
Shipping Back to Us
All shipment to back to us is free. Please contact for details, we only need the address of the good to be collected or alternatively we can provide a shipment label via Royal Mail.
