These terms of sale include all products and services from roastshopcoffee.com, to the end user. Changes in conditions will be marked by date. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase on roastshopcoffee.com, or have an authorised person to make the purchase for you.
All purchases on roastshopcoffee.com are regulated by British law.
You must read and accept these terms before using the website and services offered by roastshopcoffee.com. These terms apply as a legally binding agreement for the use of roastshopcoffee.com and all services roastshopcoffee.com offers.

1.1 Our products are only to be use by consumers. We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order if we reasonably think that you are buying our products for other purposes but we will attempt to contact you (using the contact details you have provided) to discuss this before cancelling your order.
1.2 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service
1.3 You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Purchases
2.1 Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
2.2 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2.3 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Subscription
3.1 Your subscription will run until it is cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time, without charge / conditions, by logging into your account page on roastshopcoffee.com
3.2 Roastshopcoffee will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as Client used for the initial transaction.
3.3 Our website will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process. At any stage of your purchase once payment is captured you the subscription starts and continues until payments stop or subscription plan is cancelled by you or by us.
Promotions
4.1 Discounted and introductory offers are only available once to any one person and a maximum of one promotional voucher code can be redeemed per household / person.
4.2 Subsequent attempts to use promotional vouchers or offers by the same person at any address are not permitted.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
5.1 You have the right to cancel purchases any time and for this the customer needs to contact. Reasonable amount of time needs to be given to the seller to exercise the refund process that can take up to 5 working days.
5.2 To exercise your right to cancel and arrange collection of the Products to be returned, please email: admin@roastshopcoffee.com
5.3 Return labels will be prepaid and can be used at your choice of courier drop off point such as Royal Mail or Hermes.
5.4 Contact us to process your return and to provide you necessary details.
Dedicate A Tree and Climate Donations
6.1 Customers who are subscribed more than 6 months will get a tree planted dedicated to their name. Customers will receive a certificate.
6.2 Customers make one off purchases over £140 qualify for a tree to be dedicated to their name or business name.
6.3 Customers subscribed to any of our plans for a year or more can pick a climate project from GoldStandard to be funded by us.
6.4 Customers making one off purchases over £240 qualify for a GoldStandard climate project to be funded by us.
6.5 At any point customers do not need to pay any extra for donations made for tree planting or GoldStandard projects.
All donations dedicated to the customer by us are on the basis of length of subscription (6.1 and 6.3) or purchase amount mentioned at 6.2 and 6.4.
6.6 All purchases and transactions to qualify for tree dedication programme and donations has to be on roastshopcoffee website. Purchases outside our website do not qualify for our tree planting and donation programmes.
